Employer of Record lets you hire in Vietnam before you set up a legal entity, or without one. Elitez Asia Vietnam becomes the legal employer: we issue the labour contract, run payroll, pay social insurance and file personal income tax, while you direct the employee's day-to-day work.

Is Employer of Record legal in Vietnam?
Yes, when it is structured correctly. Elitez Asia Vietnam is a licensed employer in Vietnam and holds labour sub-leasing licence No. 06/2024/SHCM. The right structure depends on the role, its duration and how the work is managed, and we confirm it with you before contracting.
What does EOR cost?
You pay the employment cost (salary, statutory insurance and benefits) plus a monthly service fee per employee. The cost simulator on our For Employers page gives an indicative figure.
Can foreign employees be hired through EOR?
Yes. We combine EOR with work permit, visa and temporary residence card applications, subject to the conditions of Vietnamese law.
