Frequently asked questions
How is the recruitment fee calculated?
The fee is a percentage of the candidate's annual gross salary. It becomes payable only when the candidate accepts your offer and starts work. The rate depends on seniority and the number of roles.
What happens if a placed candidate leaves early?
Every placement carries a guarantee period. If the candidate leaves within that period, we find a replacement free of charge. The length of the guarantee is set out in the service agreement.
Can you run a confidential search?
Yes. For senior or sensitive roles we approach candidates without naming the client until both sides agree to proceed.
