Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between labour sub-leasing and outsourcing?
Under labour sub-leasing, our employees work under your direction for a limited period and only in the job types permitted by law. Under outsourcing, we deliver a defined function or output and manage the team ourselves. We advise on the right model before contracting.
How long can a sub-leased worker be assigned?
The Labour Code limits each labour sub-leasing assignment to a maximum of 12 months. For longer needs we discuss outsourcing, EOR or permanent hiring.
Can workers become your permanent employees?
Yes. Conversion terms are agreed in the service agreement.
