How Elitez Asia Vietnam handles personal data

Effective from 2 November 2026.

1. Who we are

Elitez Asia Vietnam Co., Ltd. (enterprise code 0317747062), registered office at The Sentry Connect, 15B/8 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@elitez.asia.

2. Data we collect

Contact details and the information you enter in enquiry, salary guide and job application forms; CVs and documents you upload; information you choose to share by Zalo, WhatsApp or email; and, if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage data.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations; to assess applications and present candidates to clients for roles they apply for; to send the reports you request; to meet legal obligations; and to improve the website.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data with your consent, given when you submit a form, and where processing is needed to perform a contract or comply with the law, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15.

5. Who we share it with

Companies within Elitez Group where needed to provide the service; clients, only for roles a candidate has applied for or agreed to be presented for; and service providers that host our website, email and files (Vercel, Google Workspace) or provide the optional AI CV review. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside Vietnam

Some providers store data on servers outside Vietnam, and Elitez Group is headquartered in Singapore. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions of Vietnamese law.

7. How long we keep it

Candidate CVs and applications: 24 months from receipt, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or renew your consent. Business enquiries: for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. Email info@elitez.asia and we will respond within the time required by law.

9. Security

Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, files are stored in access-controlled folders, and the website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
